We're on the hunt for a tech-savvy AV Install Technician, who thrives on delivering seamless, immersive audio-visual experiences that captivate and inspire. 
 
As an AV Install Technician, you’ll be at the forefront of installing and commissioning complex AV systems that power large-scale, interactive environments. Your passion for audio-visual technology, coupled with a sharp eye for detail, will drive the execution of unforgettable AV installations that leave a lasting impression on visitors.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install complete AV systems that elevate visitor experiences through immersive sound, lighting, and video integration across diverse environments.
  • Contribute to dynamic coordination discussions for AV system setups, ensuring precision from design to implementation.
  • Read and interpret detailed AV system design drawings and architectural plans, ensuring all technical specifications align with project goals.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of audio-visual technologies, continuously exploring innovations to bring bold ideas to life.
  • Support project managers and technical teams with your AV expertise, contributing to project planning, budgeting, and technical specifications.
  • Create and manage equipment lists for estimates, working closely with cross-disciplinary teams to meet project needs.
  • Oversee on-site technicians, vendors, and contractors, ensuring flawless installation and system performance.
  • Prepare client-facing documentation, manuals, and other project deliverables to ensure smooth project handoffs.
  • Push creative and technical boundaries, embracing the unknown and delivering above expectations.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience with advanced technical knowledge of AV systems, including video, audio, lighting, control systems, and CAD design software.
  • CTS or CTS-I certification preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with interactive technologies like touch, gesture, and motion sensors.
  • Proficiency in immersive, multi-display integrations and large-format AV installations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively both independently and as part of a creative, fast-paced team.
  • Ability to travel for projects as needed.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
